Snow Dragon
A Kenyan base blended with Tanzanian and Romelia from Costa Rica. We then add the richness of Celebes Kalossi with a tri level blend french roast. Dark and rich, a smooth ''restuarant'' style. A new favorite!

Whether you are seeking a higher truth or a just great cup of coffee this delicious blend will get you started on your path to enlightenment. We started with a base of 80% Celebes and blended it with a little Guatemalan and Tanzania Pea berry rendering a coffee that is smooth as velvet. A medium roast yields a full, round flavor. Samurai
A truly inspired coffee! Drawing inspiration from the four natural elements, wood, water, air and fire we have created an incredibly beautiful coffee. We take Alaskan birch and put a ''brine'' on it and let it soak in a week. The wood is then placed in a smoker and attatched to the roaster. As we begin to roast the beans we gently infuse them with the smoke from the birch. This is by far the most sensual coffee we have. Rich in aroma and taste. Unique in the sense that there isn't another coffee style like it!
