Placing an Order
There are four convenient ways to place your order.

Online Orders: Simply browse through our selection and add items as you go by entering the quantity and then the "add to my cart" button. The shopping cart on the menu will keep track of the number of items in your cart. When you are ready to check out, simply click on the shopping cart and fill in the needed billing information.

Phone-In Orders: Simply call 907-746-4283 to place your order. Please have your credit card and mailing information ready. Calls will be answered Monday thru Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM Alaka Standard Time. All messages will be returned promptly.

Fax-In Orders: If you would like the convenience of faxing your order, simply select "printable order form" from the menu; go to file, then select print to print out the form. Fill in the requested information and fax it to us at 907.746.4273.

 Shipping & Handling
Blue Bonsai ships anywhere in the United States. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. We process orders the same day we receive them and ship them out the following day with the exception of Sunday. Any orders received after 3:00 p.m. (Alaska Standard Time) on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and shipped the next Tuesday.

We send all orders via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or Federal Express. Shipping charges are calculated based upon the total dollar amount of your order.

Shipping Options:
USPS Priority Mail (3-7 business days): Standard S&H charges per address.
Federal Express (Next Day): Add $19.95 to the standard S&H charges per shipping address. Orders must be received by 3:00 pm Alaska Standard Time in order to be Federal Expressed the next business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm Alaska Standard Time will be Federal Expressed two business days after the date of the order. All S&H charges apply per address.

Our S&H model caters mostly to coffee orders, as that's what we receive the most of. So, our model reflects the costs of shipping one-pound bags of coffee. Any orders, which are lighter in weight, will be charged accordingly. On those occasions, we'll email the person with the S&H charges before charging your credit card.

Upon request, once your order is shipped, we will email you the delivery confirmation number if shipped by USPS or an order tracking number if shipped via FedEx. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information will appear on the carrier's website. To check on the status of your delivery, please click on the appropriate link and submit your tracking number.

Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock it will be shipped to you immediately upon its arrival.

Guarantee & Return Policy
We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us. We will gladly give you a refund (see return policy below).

Return Policy:
Should you find that you are not completely satisfied or a product should happen to arrive damaged, you may request a full refund within five business days.

After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation.

We send the Blue Bonsai email newsletter to our subscribers who have requested that they be notified of special offers and new items. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the email.

We do note sell or share customer names or their personal information with other companies.

If you are mailing in your order, we will accept money orders, certified checks, traveler's checks, cashier's checks and/or personal checks in addition to the credit cards listed above. Please note that orders will be shipped only after payment has cleared.
